Please Note: Some COVID-19 vaccine appointments have had to be rescheduled for the week of January 25-30. If you receive an email about rescheduling, you will be notified of the new appointment details within the next few days. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and can assure you that the new appointment will occur within the next three weeks. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders for emails from us.
*If you have already received your 1st dose, someone from CDPH will contact you to schedule your second dose.
Key Points to Remember:
- Everyone must have an appointment to receive a vaccine. Individuals may come together in the same car if they have appointments for the same day, even if different times.
- There are a limited number of appointments each day, so you may not get an appointment right away. Please be patient.
- There are many approved vaccine providers throughout the state, although their vaccine supply may also be limited. Please check this site for other locations: https://dph.georgia.gov/locations/covid-vaccination-site
- You must be a Georgia resident.
- Please follow the instructions in your appointment confirmation email.
- Please Note: f you are 65 years of age or older, a resident of Douglas County, AND do NOT have internet access, Douglas County Senior Services may be able to assist you with making an appointment to receive a COVID-19 vaccination. Those older adults who meet all of these criteria can call 770-489-3100 between the hours of 8:30 AM–2:30 PM to speak with a Douglas County Senior Services representative for further assistance.
